I'll agree, the Kinross offer is coming at a bad time for ARU shareholders but let's not forget the Mining and Political laws in Ecuador. Throw in the level of non development and you get your low ball offer, even ARU recommends the deal to it's shareholders. Don't forget the cost $ of developement on this one.
I wouldn't feel sorry for the ARU shareholders at this point, for many, it's a nice exit plan with a good premium. Let's hope they don't blow it like the Nova Gold shareholders did.
SGR with the current infrastructure and mining friendly province is completely different story once we prove up the oz's.
