At the annual meeting in June they were very clear on the fact that production was still down due to the change in focus to the high grade stopes and that they would start to increase grade and production in the 3rd qtr when the ore in the stopes became accessable.

Where was the press release covering this change in focus? I don't recall seeing one. There should have been several, since most of the investing public was most certainly NOT at the AGM. That proves Mr. Bob's point in a nutshell.
