Recent trading shows that the stock wanted to go up, but likely this placement was in the works, only the price to be determined. So they push it back a bit so it looks like a premium to market to the layman.

Since it is a bought deal it also means, the same people will be supporting the price and higher to enable selling these to thier clients.... I think back into the $1.50+ range for a start.

Sure looks like SGR is geting itself pretty for a takeover.... showing it has the funds to continue proving up reserves, and continuing development... winding up the spring to attract a suitor.

Which one will it be.... Goldcorp, Hudbay.. Agneco Eagle

Maybe this placement will give one of them a push to make a, move premptively to prevent this placement... I've seen that happen before. But that would have to happen almost immediately.
