Given that the Nikkei is up almost 20%, the Dow had the biggest rally since 1930 and companies like Anglo Gold Ashanti and Freeport McMoran were up over 25% respectively today, one can not help but get the feeling the TSX & V will rally tomorrow. If that's the case, any news should be met with an extreme move to the upside.

Which is why the release was LAST week... or at least it always seems to go that way with these guys...
