Are SGR and ARZ companies that Goodman has interests in or are all 3 in his books? I am not too familiar with their stories to know to see, but if they are, then the trading houses with all the activity are following the same trading strategies.

Kind of lends credence to those who think that a news release would only get manipulated like crazy on the sell side. Wait till the SP has some value and then sell as much as possible to the unsuspecting retail investors at "bargain" prices.
