Traps, would "plums" be more "palatible" than "kumquats" when describing opportunity? For example, "on the world stage, the "plums" (kumquats) to be picked in the Green belt will soon fill the pockets of those waiting for the "fruit" to ripen."

Kumquats slide off the tongue into the untrained ear as an unheard of obsenity.

At least that's the reaction on "coffee row" in rural Alberta! They've never heard of a "kumquat," but were sure it was not "politically correct" in the context of "market opportunism."

All I said is, "have I got a kumquat for you!"

The reaction was "belly" laughable! You'd think they had just recieved an invitation to a Nevada brothel with the second nite free! (room that is!)

"Plums" in the "Greenbelt" brought order back to the discussion!

Traps, having made some fun of kumquats, they are no doubt ripening in the "Greenbelt," not to overlook the "Hinge!"
