I was thinking of buying up some of the JV's around SGR, while they are that cheap, they could make some nice capital gains on an investment without actually having to pay a capital gains tax.

The implications are stagering, buy WEL for .03 a share and sell at .30 and bingo, you have a 10x multiple on your hands.

150,000 shares @ .03 = 4500

150,000 shares sold at .30 = 45,000

That makes for 40,500 profit tax free.

Cue the happy dance music please :)
