If you look back over the last 3.5 years a lot of things happened that have effected the production.

No equipment at the bottom of D Winze. Jumbo Drill , trucks and scoops were dissassembled, hauled to 29 level and reassembled in shop there to start a decline, now down to 5600 Ft. Underground drills purchased and refurbished after problems.

Main hoist motor has shorted twice.

Lack of trained personnel, and new trainees were leaving as soon as they got a little experience. Contractor had to be hired.

SG-1 development to 6th level took two years and the long holing method diluted the feed too much.

Started new decline to Cartwright and Hinge zone in June, which is now almost to the hinge ore body and will take another 8 to 10 months to reach the Cartwright.

Mill start up found Ball mill bearings to be gone and took 3 months to get new ones. Curcuit changed to get recovery up.

Jaw crusher not able to handle 1200 T per day. New one has been ordered but this is 2nd time as the first order was reneged on and will not be installed until 2009 now.

New mine manager Ian Berzins hired in spring of 2008 to get production up and is finally succeeding after about 8 months.

New accomodations had to be bought to bring in outside contractors when local hiring and training was not going as well and as fast as initially anticipated. Contract has nowexpird and hiring under Ian berzins is progressing well.

Lack of qualified geologists to read core and pick new mining targets. Very important because drilling is vital to new mining areas.

In early 2008, when the hinge zone was uncovered the drills all shifted to drilling the hinge, and the mine plan for the Cartwright zone was put on hold for 8 months.

Included in all of this was the lack of recognition in the market of potential which made fund raising difficult in sufficient quantity to be long term sustaining until cash flow positive.

On the positive side, we are producing 600 TPD average from the San Antonio with 2 wks on 2wks off at grades above target in the 4th QTR, hinge ore will start to be available in 2009. A new mine engineer has been hired from Eskay Creek mine, 43-101 is ready to be released, TSX-T listing is nigh and you probably noticed that the last financial were a month early which is a requirement of the TSX , so they are mking sure they can meet the requirements.

All of this was quite evident to those paying atention, reading the news and going to gold shows and annual meetings to hear it from the horses mouth. If you a long and didnt take a little profit a $2.25, then how can you blame the company when a huge worldwide collapse of the markets drives your price down. It happened in the same manner to the majors who don't have production too.
