It's a slippery slope!
Norquay's "Lone Pine One" was the first "run" in NA to be given the designation!
The best part of the run for "beginners" (If they survive the "run" down!) is the ride back up!
The view from the top is exillerating!
Next time SAN's there, I'm looking for "the beginners" run down!
Last time down "Lone Pine" (before it was "honored" with the BD designation.) I was picking gravel out of my TEETH when a ski and I finally reached bottom! (Spring skiing and there were a few gravel patches on the way down!)
Have had similar "feelings" recently with SAN! Unfortunately a few bare patches with this one as well!
Next time we reach the "higher elevations" (3 to 5MM ozs) I'll let my skis do the talking, pushing the "tips" across the sell button!
I've et enough gravel!
