On a positive spin, With this economic crisis and commodity prices dropping, many miners are/will be looking for jobs and SGR is hiring.

From my understanding our miner shortage is becoming less and less of a problem every day. Manitoba is really spectacular on how little the economic crisis hit us due to our diversified economy. If SGR can hire many good skilled miners at competitive wages and potentially we can actually see them achieving there goals of tonnes mined and oz produced. I truly believe that this was always one of biggest issues we would have to face, that is acquiring a skilled labor force. If we can achieve this, we can really start pumping that mill at capacity and wow is all i can say to where we will go from there.
