Personally I think all such slaries and bonuses should be directly correlated to share price over the year. As a longtime shareholder, supporter and promoter of San Gold I would then feel better about life, and I would do even more to support the causes and charities I believe in.

Perhaps that 'bonus' so many of have been long awaiting will come soon. By the way, his salary and bonus were small compared to many like McFeetors at $3.54 mill. L. Asper at $2 mill etc.
