Yes that 's the good message out of this....options are usually granted prior to an up turn in the share price.

I don't like the further dilution but what are you going to do about it.

Sure hope they can deliver on the expected increase in share price.

Hopefully some of the shares designated for employees can be used to entice some more experienced personnel to come work for them.
