I don't think that many here would dispute the facts as you have laid them out, but I can see the frustration is in the promise that this company has and how it seems that they are just bungling things every which way they turn (management).

Thanks for putting this into perspective for us, again. And I am sorry to say, you may need to do that again from time to time.

I for one have patience, but i understand those whose patience is wearing thin.
