If it's true that Dale is going to NY, London and Zurich to talk investing opportunities then I'd guess there is about an 80% chance more shares are being issued in a PP shortly.

If they like what they hear, the first they want is to be cut in on the deal before they promote it. Another 25 or 30 million shares would not be unexpected, if it happens.
