good insight to the process that has carried SGR this far, something that many take for granted from time to time when considering why this SP doesn't move the way we wish it would move.

Add to the fact that our 'Friends' have managed the money side of this operation now for the last 2 years, and you can now start to fill in the blanks on what stage we are in. Things are starting to move and this is just the tip of that iceberg.

I know that I have said this in the past, but getting the right mine manager in place was key to this company being able to move forward, even at the pace that they have moved, and the hinge changed all the priorities at the same time as they were trying to get the ore flowing to the mill.

Much has been overcome and we are all going to be rewarded for our patience.
