In all reality, there are few company websites that are 100% up to date, unless you are a retail type of business in which you direct sell to the public.
Realistically, the main/home page usually gets updated and news stories links are kept up to date.
Anything else should be considered 'gravy' when you are dealing with companies that are usually tech challenged.
If they are outsourced, then you can expect that a web site is kept up to date.
But if you do not have a budget for that kind of thing, then why spend the time and effort? Nice to have, just not a priority
