I repeat: I was quoting what I thought to be the source of Somchai's question and Hotmuck's comments (I do agree Hotmuck's comment before the list crosses the line).

As a Hub Leader (a designation I did not ask for), I have never removed a post, and I never will. I believe in free speech, and that belief is tested most when I disagree strongly with what is said. If the other leaders wish to remove comments, I leave that to their consciences.

That said, if there are problems at the mine due to absenteeism or drug and alcohol abuse, I'm sure they have been and will continue to be dealt with in the appropriate manner, regardless of the race, age, sex, hair or eye colour of the employee in question.
