RECORD DATE FOR VOTING: May 22, 2009
BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP DETERMINATION DATE: May 22, 2009
SECURITIES ENTITLED TO NOTICE: Common
SECURITIES ENTITLED TO VOTE: Common

I was wondering if i was gonna get any proxy material this year and how soon i should be expecting it if the voting date is May 22?

Or should i just anticipate they will botch it all again this year?

It's pretty brutal they don't even have the AGM in there upcoming events section

I know they are working on a new website but this is a major event that should be listed.
