Over The Counter(US) Trading of San Gold - Nice move up

San Gold stock price has moved up more than 10% on the US OVER THE COUNTER trade to 2.01 today. Convert that to Canadian $ using 1.17 and I get 2.35. I am wrong or is this for real.

It would be nice if this has some influence on the Canadian side tomorrow.
