Are there regulations, rules or guidelines governing prompt and timely disclosure of material facts once they are known? The assay lab currently has the cores from the last hinge discovery on the next axis over from the first big surface hinge location. I was told by Courtney Shearer at the trade show the cores are good and would be comeing back from the lab soon. Are they required to release them as soon as they get them?
