It wasn't me, but I suspect that Gord might have, he was not impressed with all the posts on COU a while back, which prompted NL to advise on posting to the off topic area.

I don't disagree with anyone's view point here and am enjoying all the banter (i have had lots of it to catch up on, I was out at Nopiming, by way of Lee River for the weekend).

But having said that, NL is correct in what the rules are on posting and it is anyone's right to flag a post, I don't think you need to be a hub leader to flag a post.
