On page 12 of Annual Report (just rec'd yesterday)....

TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES

Wynne Mining Ltd, Wynne Drilling Lts........etc

(2nd Paragraph reads....)

"Periodically, the Company commissions an independant fairness opinion to provide comfort that the pricing level for the surface drilling work is on commercially competetive terms."

Seems the Board has/is taking appropriate and reasonable measures for the well-being of the company and the shareholders.
