I have an interest in LSG and WTM in Timmins and just found this on the S/H WTM board ( Post #27231274 ).Has anyone here been keeping an eye on the goings on in Timmins? We may have more than Bissett to be interested in in the near future.

It has been reported that Moon Energy Corp has officially mobilized drilling equipment into their Carscallen Gold Project located directly adjacent to the north of the Melkior holdings approximately 5 kilometers due west of the Lakeshore Gold Timmins West Gold Deposit.

This project is directly on-strike to the immediate north-west of the Melkior Resources ZamZam-Jowsey tonalite hosted gold vein system trending north-west towards the Moon property which is now being specifically targeted for the testing of the favorable volcanic contact stratigraphy where it meets the tonalitic intrusive from Melkior.

Previous geophysics performed by Moon Energy Corp has outlined a significant widening of the gold bearing tonalite intrusive as it intersects volcanic rocks within the Moon project holdings to the immediate north. A 400 meter wide mineralized alteration horizon containing overburden drilling samples up to 55 grams gold was reported as being readied for drill testing at depth and directy coincides with experimental geophysical development programs being undertaken to the north of the Melkior project holdings. This altered and mineralized geophysical trend appears to trend onto San Gold property as well.

This is a very significant drilling project and may just represent the next major discovery in the west belt. Sangold Resources has property which abutts on two sides of the Moon Energy Corp project corridor and it is said that the structural host for gold mineralization exists within only a few hundred meters of Sangold projects under reveiw.

Outside of the West Timmins Mining successes this project would be something to watch for in parallel. If something significant is found as a result of this drilling program, Melkior would be in a very prospective position to capatilize on its development......

Keep an eye on this West Timmins as San Gold is connecting on to this project region on two sides on strike.
