Greetings to all,

I have some info that i will just give in point form, I don't have a lot of time here:

- the hoist upgrade has been completed

- now pulling 400 tons per day (tpd) from Rice Deep

- 250 tpd from hinge

- yesterday they ran 560 tons from the hinge alone (Dale was happy about that)

- should have 10,000 ounces this quarter

- projecting 20,000 oz in Q3 and Q4

- 1st half of the year they were utilizing the mill at 40-45%, 2nd half is planned for 60% utilization.

- they may not upgrade the mill to 1800 tpd because the ore coming from the hinge is an easier rock to work with and will allow more throughput in the near future, Dale called it 'One of those unexpected and nice benefits'

- 3700 tons of bulk sample being put through the mill from the hinge are coming from lens 1 and 2.

- 2000 tons of stope ore will be put through from lens 1

- vent raise is finished and fans are now being installed, this will allow more workers and equipment to be used in the hinge area.

- there is a new potential find another 1/2 km from the Cohiba which they are tentavily calling the 'Emperor' vein, no real details about that one though.

- definitely will be profitable in the second half, Dale said that they are close already for Q2

- 43-101 (a hot topic at the AGM) will not happen until all the data is tabulated from the bulk sample and the stope ore, this will allow them to include higher grade calculations for all the ore below the 100m level.
