IMHO they are saying that they have come to the point in their evolution that they are now truly a exploration play and not a producer. All available capital will now be used to expand the resource. I have been waiting for this moment as a turning point and our future potential. Producing enough to stop the burn and also to stop further dilution. It may be possible that they would do one more PP to a major to fund a expidited round of drilling. This would not bother me as it would speed things up dramatically.

PS I have formed this opinion by reading this forum and other forums on the agoracom site. Definitely not to be taken to the bank.
