I have posted my usually lengthy report. I will add E&OE ("Errors and Omissions Excepted").
Chances are pretty good that I didn't record some detail correctly, that I may have misunderstood some point, or that I missed something. Therefore, please make corrections or clarifications as needed - they would be most welcome! Thanks.
