San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
...at AGM Dale was suggesting that a premature 43-101 would have caused a fall in SP which suggests that we didnt hit a 3mil 43-101...what we all need hope for now is that the delay and addition of ozs. to the 43-101 will come in at over 3mil ozs, then SP should move...
I think that a point needs to be made on that statement. Dale mentioned the premature 43-101 because he is under pressure from the small investors to declare his hand. He used Rainy River as his example of what happens when you declare too early, the analysts who think they know everything will come down on the 'disappointed side' and downward revise the shar price recommendations.
But the analysts don't know everything (i know a shock to some on this board), and would be incorrect. Dale and the board are waiting till the bulk sample has been completed, if they do not, then they can't report what is actually in the ground, only an estimate at lower values. That would be verrryyyy bad. They are not holding out till they get 3 million ounces, they want to report the 3 million ounces that ARE there already.
Unfortunately, some have become really impatient, when they should know that it is only a matter of time and not material. This entire year has been an exercise in patience, and Dale knows it. They don't call it a refocus for nothing, and there are consequences to having to refocus your plans, but in my opinion and I am sure there are many who would agree, I will take what is going to happen over what could have been.
In the mean time, guys like Ned are just going to shake the trees waiting for those who have gotten tired of waiting, and he will make all the profit for you. He would not be buying and manipulating if he didn't know he was going to make a killing on this one.
Would he?
