Ruf. Are you trying to tell us that it is better to not report the 43-101 because facts are always upstaged by percertion! In other words it is better to not report 43-101 because then there is no perception? I have heard this somewhere in the past. IM trying to pin-point this phsycology. If I had examples it may help me understand better.
