I just noticed something that I found interesting. Might be a coincedence however,
May 19th Courtney Shearer bought 349,356 shares at $.48= total cost $168,040. He then went on to sell 28,000 shares that day, and five weeks later on June 24th, he sold an additional 51,000 shares for a total cost price $168,690. Just enough sales to cover his purchases.
How often do insiders report, it would be interesting to see how much confidence he has in holding the rest of his 270,356 shares. Is he fairly new to the company?, if so he probably doesn't have a huge amount of stock options in the bank so would be less likely to sell his position if he believed a big payday was coming. So far his reported sales just matches his cost. Is this positive or ????? or just coincedence.
Another note is that Hugh has reported no insider sales and has purchased a tidy sum from cheap options.

Maybe Courtney did the prudent thing and listened to the Mrs.
