Mgmt options should expire much sooner, IMO say in 2 years. They have no skin in the game for X years, then exercise at .15 cents. Kinda wish I didn't have over $200k of skin sunk into this waiting for Management to deliver the goods.

Still waiting for Dale to have the numbers to speak for themself... don't disappoint us little annoying shareholders on the 43101
