We sort of went over all of this with Courtney and his options. the explanation at the time seemed reasonable to me. They have to use em or lose em. the fact that they waited til now and finally exercised them IMO shows a lot of confidence in the future. As many people found out in the market meltdown, if you exercise those options and then they drop in price, the Tax man still comes after you even if you lose money on them. Not sure why or how , however it can happen.
