Anyone know if the options exercised were to expire worthless?
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but the way i see it, Dale has sold 750k SGR shs.
He sold 50k shs he owned outright and the 700k shs were cashless stock options (sold 700k shs and treasury sent cert for 700k shs)
Just appears to be different opinions here???
--------------------------------------
Here is one of many opinions (from other BB)
The sales Dale did in the $2.30's has nothing to do with his expectation or lack of high prices and everything with his need to pay for the exercise of 700,000 options at $0.15. HIs sales were $115k and the cost of the option was $105k. Net he now has in his possession 650k more shares than he had before.
Thats hardly a vote for lower prices or expectation of a downward slide.
I certainly hope my explanation isn't too complicated for you to understand!
