Although it appears there was some confusion around the exercise of the options, the way the question was presented was totally relevent to the discussion. We have lots of posters here that have no problem sorting these things out. If the question is not presented it will not be answered and assumptions will be made. I for one knew very little about employee options two weeks ago. I feel I now have a basic understanding that will serve me well in the future.
