I also took note of that part of the NR. My take on it was posted yesterday. The purpose of the Cohiba drilling was to connect the number one lense of the hinge to the Cohiba structure. IMHO if they are expanding the Cohiba it is probably west towards the hinge, meaning we could have a high grade lense half of a kilometre long.
