The stock is at a lifetime high. 1 000 000 sharea st near 3.00 is about 3 000 000.

I dont know about you but i could probably retire with that much money.

Plus they probalby still have more shares.

This is why im not worried about it. If i was told i can cash out $3 000 000 today and still have shares left i would say i might as well take some profit and if the stock tanks well i have $3MM and if the stock goes up to $10 well i i still have shares left and i still have $3MM cash so who cares if i could have had $10MM.

When would i be worried, if the majority of insiders are selling majority of there shares.

In this case i think is only smart profit taking. If you never cash anything out then whats the point. Maybe this person wants to buy a huge house, or whatever. Maybe they are investing in something else. Whatever the case there is no reason to be alarmed in my opinion.
