Goodman is considered an insider because they control more than 10% ( closer to 20% ) of the shares of San Gold. They have declared that their investment is purely for investment purposes on a Sedar report. Fund rebalancing is common with these guys and with the recent price increase that could be the reason.

Thanks for the support guys. I find it hard that some people do not cut any slack for the uninitiated. You do not become an expert critic just because you have learned the ropes. These boards need to be a window for future investment opportunity, not just a place to tell the same story about one stock over and over.
