After reading that post twice. I am wondering if all of the big crosses are done in order to park the shares somewhere that a suitor can see they can get controlling interest. When you are dealing with a 250 million share float any potential takeover bidder would most likely want to see that if a bid was made enough shares would be tendered so as to make the completion of the takeover possible. I know the report you linked us to said a lot more than that, however I can read just about anything and come to almost any conclusion that I wish. These boards are great for speculation and personally that is why I am here, is to have a little fun while learning.
