I dont think there is a 3 MM oz requirement

I think its related to the date.

I think there has to be a 43-101 done within x months (not sure what number 6, 12,18,24)

But since the old one was done to long ago they need a new one to kinda say where we are what we have and where we are planning to go.

All this because bre-x
