Another thing that doesn't get mentioned a lot is the size of the ore bearing veins ,lenses or whatever you call them. Judging by the photos they have almost a perfect width and height that there is very little extra dirt mixed in with the material they wish to extract. Seems this alone should help keep the ounces growing.
