Nice post TG. I took atrip back to memory lane last night and as one would expect I was was looked at skeptically for quite some time. Some of my first post were so rediculous I was basically told to do my own DD and that google was my friend. I think what a lot of new comers tend to forget is that this, over time, has become a community. We are not an exclusive club, however, and new members (ie neighbours) are welcome to come aboard as long as rules set out by the collective are followed. Please read and understand the rules. As you probably have witnessed IMHO FC is expressing and providing information that is relevent to this discussion. This did not seem probable, however a respectful board does actually produce good debate, and through that debate some very useful information. The nature of the forum does provide an avenue for others to disagree with your posts and as you must realize most community members of a community are like minded and are here because they own the stock. As Hotmuck posted earlier, somebody that declares having sold their position will always be treated with skepticism as even I have to wonder why somebody would bother to spend time visiting after selling and didn't have anytime while holding shares.

As for the seven recommendations, IMHO that is a fault with the Agoracom community . It does bothers me that seven members can have their contrarian view (to the majority) posted at the top of a rated message list. I have tried to explain to other members that it is important to us as a collective that when selling a house it is usually first impression that will seal the deal. If we want the SP to increase we require new investors to climb on board and as such it is important to keep the front door open and welcoming. I personally would like to see the rated messages removed from the opening page and only be made available if you hit the rated message tab. This would give all posts the same importance and prevent people with dubious intentions from putting their opinions front and centre.
