I did miss out on trading a portion of my position and I was contemplating moving completely out of SGR but changed my mind even prior to our dip in SP.
The dip is not that bad at all.
Nobody will address issues in a company when everything is going great, why would they? We are all happy that the SP is moving up.
But if there are deficiencies present, real or perceived why not discuss them?
As for Dale's sale why does IR spin it that he is doing SH's a favour by selling to a "new investor"? Just wondering because when a Ceo sells a lot of shares it catches peoples attention, you have to admit that. Publish the name of the person he sold to. If that person doesn't agree, screw him, let him buy on the open market. The way SGR is being traded they could probably move the SP down to $2 fill there boots as it is then let the SP move back up. We are by all accounts the next G anyways.
Now I have a large amount of shares in SGR, probably too much for my own good. Just trying to wrap my head around some of the things that are going on. That's all, I'll admit some frustration, but my frustration didn't create the points I put up for discussion they just brought them to the surface.
