That was before the debenture NR and assumed interest would be paid on the debenture to full term. Things changed since that August 30th cusip and the debenture NR states 9.944 million of principal will be paid out at roughly 1080 per 1000 of principal.

The numbers you state do not reflect the debenture buyout and is strictly a division of 9.944 divided by 1.40. It does not take the conversion of interest into shares into account.
