I've tweaked my chart a bit and have a secondary lower band that coincides with a worst case scenario within the upward sloping band at 2.57. This would then be an offsetting double bottom at 2.57 for the 3.31 double top. If this breaks...run.
Also keep in mind that tomorrow is the last day for trades to settle in October or to cover the debenture so there will be selling pressure.
