Just another thought

Could it be possible that by placing Dale solidly in charge of the Rice Lake mine he could be left running the show even after a take over. Perhaps with Dale's knowledge and background in Bissett he might be needed by G. We have talked about a turn key operation in the past, maybe CEO is part of the package.
