MBgld, That graphic you just posted illustrates how a possitive can be turned into a negative, I will now demonstrate how that insider activity is actually another very positive insider purchase of shares. Gestur Kristjansson. Bought 101,724 shares at a cost of $117,999. How is he going to pay for those shares you might ask, without taking a mortgage on his house. Being a CFO he calculated that if he sells 46,500 shares at an average price of $3.06 he will net $142,415. If he is a good CFO I will bet that the $142,415 will be just enough to pay for the 101,724 shares he bought, with enough left over to pay the taxes, leaving him with 55,224 shares in his account. Seems to me to be a pretty shrewd insider buy. You would have to wonder also, why all the first seven sales were rounded out to 5 or 10 thousand and the last sale, being 6500, would be a clue that he only sold as many as he needed to.
