Not exactly what I said. I think I said that insider selling is a normal occurrence inside all company boards. They have to get paid and pay taxes just like us Mushrooms. It is insider buying at market that I feel is a significant indicator. If they are privy to cheap options, I would have to assume that they know enough about the company to see a good investment and do not mind buying at retail. There was next to no insider buying at retail prices since I became a share holder 5-6 months ago, and it has only been the last week or two that I have seen insiders scoop up almost 250,000 shares at $3.00 price levels. I am not sure about the number as I am not about to go back and check all the daily posts so I will wait to see the summary when it is available.
