The trick on TFSA I think is to move it in when the price is low. I was fortunate last year and my TFSA has basically trippled, but of course that also depends on current price. The grand thing is I just slid existing stock over and spent no money. Of course if the stock declines big time, a TFSA purchase would be smart at that point.
