When will shareholders become

San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
a priority for SGR?
Remember our big 52 gram /tonne hole? Why was it rushed to the lab? Why not rush the deep west to the lab?Could it be that Dundee wanted it so? This way it didn't have to do much heavy lifting to get the SP over their $3.90 target and hence get their bonus. So our rally over the $4 mark was and is temporary.
For all the people that were behind management when IR stated that the 43-101 is not a priority to the company but exploration and production is. Still feel warm and fuzzy with the $3.30 sp tucked under your pillow at night?
They say we have no debt. We have the worse debt there is, it's just off the balance sheet and controlled by Gdman. To truely have no debt one would have control of the company and it doesn't appear than management or shareholders do. We're being controlled by a loan shark just so we could call ourselves a producer.
If they wanted us listed on the TSX we would already be there. All the hard work is already done (drilling). Dale's concern at the previous AGM was that when RR released their 43-101 the SP dropped by $1. Guess where it is now. Of course it's higher than ours. Strike points SP will be higher than ours shortly. SGR has 20 mil. in the bank and strike has 7. And all strike point has to do is drill while SGR has set itself up as the socialist center of Bisset hemorrhaging cash just so they can call themselves "Canada's newest gold producer" since 2006 with that infamous gold pour in August of the same year. I am truley embarrashed to say that I own a large amount of shares in this company.
For the people that just know SGR is the better company what are you using as a barometer. How well they maintain their equipment? If management is nice to you, maybe buys lunch for you? Hugh seems like someones grand pa? Just to let you know my barometer is SP which is the only reason we are here or should be.
A good management team has a methodical approach to things. The earlier website was plastered with analyst reports going on about the hinge and cash flow positive projections and 43-101 release dates and, and, and. Only to be pulled because of regulatory concerns??? We were going to be provided a link when the website was revamped(according to IR)???? Apparently they told analyst a number of things that they could not live up to. 43-101 by the end of 2008 if I remember correctly. It was all just an exercise to get the warrants exercised.
Who cares if there is constantly more results to add to the 43-101. You would hope since they have 10 drills turning that this is the case. My understanding of this 43-101 is not to provide an all inculsive resource estimate of all our properties, but to get us on the TSX. So just get the f@#$%^& thing done already and move on.
So now when asked by my investing buddies if I own any gold companies I leave out the name and say "just a gold company in Canada". How's it doing? "well we're not broke yet" which is par for the course since that's how management seems to view our situation. How close to cash flow positive would we be using the projections used by the analyst that have since been pulled ($800 gold I believe they used). We have been a gold producer since 2006 (companies words not mine) and we have yet to be cash flow positive and still will not be till 2010(maybe). Is that what management means by making production a priority. They seem to change their priorities to what suits them. I believe that the 43-101 was a priority at one time as well. Instead of missing self imposed deadlines they just shift priorities, cute.
IMHO this is turning into one huge cluster f#$% and I don't believe it will end well for shareholders. Why won't Gdman continue trading the pi$$ out of this stock? He will make more money doing that than on SP appreciation. Oh, and our dilution vs projected production numbers have seen to it that we will not be a take over target. I never thought SGR would turn socialist, but what can you expect from Manitoba I guess.
So Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone and here's hoping we don't make the same mistake and pick another wrong horse in 2010.
