sgr catches a little fire today, with SP at $3.77 and 766K volume in just 1 hr(average vol 1.5M). Today it may close around $3.8 with volume 2M, which will hint it will go higher. $4, after the 007 news, is the near term fair price sgr should be, IMHO.
