A note on geography: Bissett is a mere 3 hour drive from a major Canadian city, Winterpeg, housing one of the oldest exchanges in NA! If you are crossing the country from E to W or vice versa you pass within 3 hours of Bissett, making it not quite "a remote area of Canada!" (It's actually quite civilized!) Dog teams are no longer the transport of choice and Igloos are uncommon. I've lived in "remote" parts and in my lifetime have never seen one, a dog team that is! (Rumour is Hugh has running water and electric!)

So while SAN may be a "resurrection," IMHO, it isn't a "remote resurrection!" Tiger's re- appearance on the Tour may fit the definition more appropriatly!
